Ingka Centres in Russia is interested in purchasing land plots for new facilities that should meet the following requirements:


They should be located at cities with 500 thousand habitants as minimum	Land plot size: from 8 Ha*	Location: along main roads/highways с with excellent visibility

Located in a city with a population of at least 500 000 people. At least 8 hectares in size located along a main road or highway, providing good visibility. For Moscow — at least 6 hectares.
